加密货币借贷平台Celsius正在酝酿一场内部风暴，接连传出CEO跑路、申请破产等消息。 两次撤出流动性 自6月13日，Celsius暂停提款、兑换和转账功能以来，已经两次撤出流动性。 最近一次是6月28日，据派盾PeckShieldAlert数据显示，疑似Celsius相关地址(0x3b6543ebe26824bd8156a103063f56ce50f88080)已撤出其Bancor平台上约12,880ETH流动性，仅取回约7183ETH。 此前6月23日，疑似Celsius地址已已撤出其Bancor平台上2000ETH流动性，仅取回约1150ETH。 拒绝破产，启用“HOLD”模式 据华尔街日报 6 月 24 日报道，Celsius Network聘请了更多顾问为潜在破产做准备。消息称，Celsius聘请了咨询公司 Alvarez & Marsal 的重组顾问就可能的破产申请提供建议，并联系了 Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP 律师事务所，就可能的重组计划提供建议。 不过，The Block最新消息显示，Celsius Network已经拒绝其律师提出的根据美国“破产法”第11章申请破产保护的建议，而是希望寻求客户的支持。知情人士透露，Celsius认为其许多零售客户更希望公司避免破产，用户可以通过在他们的Celsius账户中使用“HODL模式”来表达他们的支持，Celsius在其网站上将HODL模式描述为“安全功能，使您能够暂时禁用Celsius帐户的转出交易”。该模式激活后，客户无法提取或发送资金。停用后，用户必须等待24小时才能恢复这些功能。 Celsius认为，这将为希望将其加密货币保持为代币形式的散户投资者提供更好的长期解决方案，希望从长远来看价值会再次上涨，而不是让法定货币的回报显著减少。 CEO跑路？ 据外媒Coingape 27日报道，Celsius Network首席执行官Alex Mashinsky上周曾试图通过美国莫里斯敦机场离开该国并计划前往以色列，但被当局阻止。目前尚不清楚他是被逮捕还是被禁止离开。 |
