陷入Genesis流动性破裂连锁反应中的双子星交易所(Gemini)号称最大债主，Gemini共同创办人Cameron Winklevoss在半年前就对DCG集团董事会发布公开信，怒指DCG集团和Genesis不断制造假象欺骗Gemini Earn用户，让他们去购买有问题的GBTC产品。

$ i( }9 e! d3 x$ L# q7 C m+ }在这封信的最后，Winklevoss贴出了对于Genesis债务重组谈判的最终报价，提出了近15亿美元的宽限支付和新贷款计划，将数月的谈判和调解从唇舌之战推向另一个高度。这份计划中，要求以美元、比特币和以太币计价来支付贷款，总额达到14.65亿美元。根据信中的要求，同意该交易的截止时间是7月6日下午4点，否则将在7月7日对DCG和Barry提起诉讼。
