Dai(DAI)稳定币背后的去中心化自治组织MakerDao的成员最近拒绝了让协议治理架构变得更加中心化的提案，这是去中心化的一大胜利。
6月27日，MakerDAO (MKR)的成员讨论了三项提案。这些提案意图将去中心化自治组织(DAO)的领导层重组为更类似于传统公司的组织，包括一个董事会。
这些作为潜在解决方案而起草的提案，目的是使DAO更高效，更有能力执行“高层决策”。其中一项提案的发起者、MakerDAO Protocol Engineering Core Unit成员Sam McPherson表达了他对当前治理模式的不满，他在推特上写道:
“现状不起作用……DAO目前不是用来做高层决策的，这导致决策瘫痪或不太知情的各方做出次优决策。”
第一个被称为LOVE-001的提案建议创建一个新的“监督核心部门”。从本质上说，这一提案将建立一个新的部门，“定期审计其他核心部门的活动”——这是一种技术上的说法，表示一个更中心化的部门将能够对有关新抵押品的决定实施额外的控制。
293,911个MKR委托治理代币中超过60%被用于投票反对LOVE-001提案。
根据MakerDAO的GitHub，第二项名为“Makershire Hathaway”的提案提出创建一个1000万美元的特殊用途基金，旨在从协议的稳定币储备中赚取收益。Makershire Hathaway被65%的投票者否决。
第三项提案名为MIP75c3-SP1，它建议设立一个自由支配基金，由一个新的“增长工作组”(Growth Task Force)监督，旨在“尽可能快地”增长Maker。该提案获得了最多的单方面否决，76%的MKR代币用于投出反对票。
这三个提案似乎搅动了大局，MakerDAO指出，它们见证了迄今为止规模最大的治理投票活动。
