据澳门日报报道，澳门特区ZF4月份宣布“喊停”急速发展的博彩业，新濠博亚博彩(澳门)股份有限公司联席主席兼行政总裁、澳门赌王之子何猷龙，12日出席新娱乐城开幕时首度回应称，不担心特区ZF规范博彩业会造成影响。" h; ^- U+ _6 t2 \' ]+ B/ H

特区ZF宣布规范博彩业，不少分析都预计措施会令澳门今年博收放缓，何猷龙对此充满信心。他认为，澳门是全球最大的博彩城市，不担心规范博彩业会造成影响，且现时特区ZF控制博彩业发展，令竞争减少。

早前有博彩业界指出，特区ZF提出规范博彩业后，“码佣战”一直未停过。何猷龙说：“现时特区ZF都没有政策！”上月特区ZF与6家牌主就博彩业发展向业界听取意见时，得出中介佣金订定在1.25%水平较合理。他强调新濠会全力支持、配合特区ZF的规范政策。1 J/ v0 D: N3 Q+ r F) \
5 T3 ]( {6 r1 B. Z4 k9 a* h: R 在特区ZF喊停博彩业同时，内地收紧自由行签注，双管齐下，何猷龙认为对澳门博彩业影响不大。皇GUAN伙拍的奥玛国际，5月份转码额达430亿元，他相信下半年影响亦不大，毕竟澳门首季博收增长达六成，旅客增长超两成，看好澳门博彩业仍有很大增长空间。

+ j2 K( F, ~# `, H$ J) Z ? 同时，何猷龙相信措施不会对新濠天地造成影响，预计将于明年第一、二季度开幕。至于会否因为收紧自由行签注，加大新濠天地贵宾厅业务，则暂时未有定案，因为现时距离开幕尚有10个月，很多细节仍在改动中。至于招聘员工进度方面感到满意，但要待第三、四季才会大量招聘员工。

另外，新濠与PBL早年共同买入外港新填海区地段以兴建第三间娱乐城酒店，该土地现时仍在等待ZF批文，但相信应该不成问题，毕竟已入纸申请两年。

新濠博亚这次首度与其它酒店合作经营娱乐城，何猷龙指出，新濠博亚主要业务希望自己发展和投资，但骏景酒店的摩卡角子机场合作超过4年，一直合作良好，故对方提出希望加开娱乐城时，他亦很乐意合作，但坦言未来不会积极争取与其它中小规模娱乐场合作。
