● 今天恐慌指数39，恐慌程度有所缓解，等级仍为恐慌，大饼屯币指数0.4702，已进入抄底区间，长线可按金字塔分批进行定投。
BTC：从4小时级别来看形成双顶形态，4小时上影线较长，存在一些抛售情绪，小时线级别目前依然是强势的多头，目前面的高位就很关键，如果有效的突破前面高位，后市继续看好。上方压力24200-26000，下方支撑22800附近
ETH：以太就目前主要围绕区间进行小幅度的高位震荡，下方支撑1800-1850，上方压力1650-1680
BV观点：这两天总体消息面28号加息75个基点，符合市场预期，市场提前下跌提前释放了预期，消息落地后市场普遍开始上涨，在有报道称美国经济连续第二个季度收缩后，加密货币总市值增加了约 400 亿美元。经济分析局确认，美国国内生产总值 (GDP) 年率下降 0.9%。尽管宏观经济状况继续恶化，但市场参与者可能认为最新的美国 GDP 数据已被消化。负增长也可能迫使美联储比预期更快地转向更加宽松的货币政策。尽管全球经济存在如此多的不确定性，但加密资产似乎正在寻找短期内复苏的力量。
