最近，天朝博彩业“喜讯”频传，先是双色球在甘肃嘉峪关创下我国彩票有史以来单人中奖的最高纪录——1.13亿元，紧接着云南又出了一名硕士，号称钻研彩票经大有所得，累计中奖4000万元，这两则利好一扫前段时间邯郸银行金库管理员盗用5100万元购彩票未中奖留下的阴霾。在发财梦的刺激下，不知道会有多少平民的日常积蓄被各种彩票卷走?而在亿元巨奖被媒体不断渲染的“人间神话”的刺激之下，又有多少人能把握住“玩玩”的平常心态？: r; e! a5 p: E: N& n$ r2 |8 p
: R9 [1 t% I6 o/ F1 ?1 K 首先，彩民的热情与媒体的热情成正比上升，媒体越炒作亿元大奖，彩民数与投注数就会越多，亿元大奖出现的几率就越高，当超级大奖再次出现，媒体又炒作，投注数又破纪录，如此循环，不知何处为止境，也不知道有关部门对天朝博彩业的总规模是否有所规划，抑或是多多益善，对投注来者不拒？
