最近身边有个朋友在群里跟我们说他花了十万块，买了一个发计画的程式，

可以用经验去做评估，

但也有些东西真的就是运气左右，' t, `, f; @6 O* E8 b
像比如彩票、像快三骰宝、PK10，. j& @$ ~5 U2 r7 B7 D+ R
你说你以什么当基准下去计画呢？2 \3 _. t% Z! X0 c4 N* o
有些计画甚至很明显的就是搞那些1/2机率的东西，

但花大把银子买计画？？

真的怀疑呀...
