反賭博合法化聯盟、公民監督國會聯盟、台灣教師聯盟等多家民間團體昨天前往交通部，抗議ZF透過博弈觀光推銷賭博產業。他們指出，交通部打著「離島建設條例」旗號包裝博弈觀光，博弈法草案號稱引進新加坡制度，卻未針對離島狀況全面評估，質疑交通部帶頭促賭，要求交通部說清楚、講明白。# b( V/ H' f# |- A- F6 ?" W
「反賭救台灣，抗議毛治國以賭治國。」反賭博合法化聯盟執行長何宗勳表示，澎湖博弈公投未過，馬祖年底即將公投，形同賭博產業再度借殼上市。# r$ H/ u; X0 y# |3 H/ a& }) o4 n b w
交通部觀光局主秘張錫聰昨天接下反賭團體陳情書，表示博弈法草案及相關度假村投資審查制度絕對依法行政，觀光賭場設置先決條件為離島公投通過，並經過完整審查制度，且需設置國際觀光度假區等條件。 |
