比推消息，根据稳定币发行商 Circle的最新储备证明文件， Circle 于 1 月 17 日在硅谷银行（Silicon Valley Bank）持有其 USDC 稳定币的部分现金储备。USDC 是市场上第二大稳定币，流通量为 430 亿美元，完全由政府债券和现金类资产支持。根据这份储备报告，该公司持有约 98.8 亿美元的现金存放在受监管银行，以支持 USDC 的价值。USDC 的银行合作伙伴包括硅谷银行 (SVB)，其他列出的银行名单包括纽约梅隆银行、Citizens Trust Bank、Customers Bank、纽约社区银行（北美 Flagstar 银行的一个部门）、Signature Bank和 Silvergate Bank，该公司还将部分 USDC 储备金保存在一个专门的Blackrock基金中。Circle 上周表示，它已切断与 Silvergate Bank 的业务关系。
