民政部12月27日公布的数据显示，预计今年福利彩票发行量超过950亿元，筹集福彩公益金近300亿元。尽管统计数据尚无法精确，然而可以肯定的是，无论是福利彩票自身，还是整个天朝彩票业，2010年的总销量已经超过2009年全年——2009年，全国共销售彩票1324.79亿元，其中福利彩票机构销售756.06亿元。从增长速度上说，今年天朝彩票业增长速度将延续去年的高增长势态。 {6 B# B" _4 Q" r& j& }* M: |; l* |

从玩法品种上说，当前彩票市场的玩法越来越丰富——不仅多种类型（乐透、数字、快开）的彩票游戏并存，而且大、中、小盘游戏和高频游戏也在逐渐增多。但是，电脑型彩票仍是国内彩票销售的主体，而“彩市航母”双色球继续着其电脑彩票市场推动力的作用。( u' Z3 _$ B+ [, }0 I/ H

在这些游戏中，双色球游戏是当之为愧的“销量冠军”。根据统计显示，双色球游戏2010年10月份加奖后十期销量为27.74亿多元，与加奖前相比，双色球游戏的销量环比上升了2.76亿元，增幅为11.1%。而11月份的双色球销量为37.16亿多元，占到了全国电脑福利彩票销量的55.52%。与10月份占比的数据相比，该比例数继续上升。当然与双色球“销量冠军”相媲美的是双色球的“大奖冠军”。在全国双色球游戏的中奖榜单中，截至2010年12月14日第2010146期，全国共中出1121注一等奖。仅11月份，双色球共中出一等奖86注，其中千万元以上大奖11注。就各省市而言，截至2010年12月14日，广东以29亿多元的双色球游戏销售额排在全国各销售省份的首位，累计中出一等奖80注。但在双色球游戏的销售榜单中，一等奖中出最多的省份分别是上海和河南——两省市分别以中出104注和97注一等奖的“成绩”，排在全国各省(市、自治区)中出双色球游戏一等奖注数的前两位。
