昨日，本报接到市民尉先生来电，其称在今年2月9日，他拿一张体彩顶呱刮25万元的中奖彩票到体彩中心兑奖，却被窗口的工作人员掉包，换成另一张没有中奖的彩票。广州市体育彩票管理中心办公室一位唐姓工作人员接受南都记者采访时表示，尉先生无法提供有效证据证明其持有中奖彩票；而彩票投注站的老板称尉先生曾拒绝验明彩票真伪。[p=23, 2, left]兑奖时中奖彩票号突变？[/p][p=23, 2, left]今年2月1日，尉先生在番禺区市桥哈街商业街一彩票投注站室外售票点，购买了多张售价10元的“绿翡翠”即开型体育彩票。该彩票有3个号码，只要其中之一与彩票上的中奖号码一致即可兑奖。[/p][p=23, 2, left]尉先生说，当时他手中奖的彩票数字为13，中奖金额是25万元，是此类彩票的最高奖金。由于金额很大，投注站无法兑奖，过年期间尉先生便一直将中奖彩票锁在保险柜内，不过并无留影存证。[/p][p=23, 2, left]2月9日，尉先生到广州市体育彩票管理中心兑奖。尉先生称，他将彩票递给兑奖窗口的工作人员后，工作人员将彩票翻转，让他在背面写上姓名及身份证号码等个人信息。尉先生再将彩票递给工作人员后，对方却告知他这张彩票没中奖。“原来的中奖号13变成了15。”尉先生说，自己的彩票被掉包了，前日他向天河南派出所报警。[/p][p=23, 2, left]彩票不记名不挂失[/p][p=23, 2, left]广州市体育彩票管理中心唐姓工作人员称，尉先生的说法只是一面之词。“当时既然认为被掉包，为什么隔那么久才报警？”唐先生说，体彩中心没有收到尉先生以书面形式反映该问题，并且尉先生也无法提供有效的证据证明其持有中奖彩票。[/p][p=23, 2, left]“工作人员都会先提醒兑奖者在彩票上签名再拿票。”唐先生说，掉包的情况不可能存在。南都记者询问有无监控录像可查时，唐先生并无正面回答，只说等待警方调查结果。[/p][p=23, 2, left]南都记者联系上投注站的老板何女士，她称有数十人都看到那张中奖的彩票。当时她将中奖情况反馈给体彩中心，但她想验明彩票真伪时却遭到尉先生拒绝。“每张彩票都有编号真伪一查便知。”[/p][p=23, 2, left]何女士提醒，彩票不记名不挂失，市民一定要在背面写明个人信息以防发生纠纷。[/p][p=23, 2, left]截至发稿为止，事件仍在警方调查当中。[/p] |
