四川眉山福彩携手第七届“慈善?福彩帮困助学”活动

为了弘扬中华民族扶贫济困、助人为乐的传统美德，弘扬天朝福利彩票“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的发行宗旨，利用福利彩票公益金和社会捐助资金助我市部分品学兼优的寒门学子梦圆大学，8月25日下午3点，由市民政局、市教育局、团市委、市慈善总会共同举办的2011年全市第七届“慈善·福彩帮困助学活动”助学金发放仪式在市人大五楼会议室举行。% Q: c. A9 n# @% I: M+ F; l
此次助学活动受到社会各界高度重视，市人大副主任余纪桦，市人民ZF副市长、市慈善总会会长黄跃，市政协副主席张茂成，市人民ZF副秘书长、市慈善总会副会长邹汝林等领导亲临仪式现场为受助学生颁发助学金。市教育局、市民政局、市慈善总会，团市委，市扶贫移民局、市福彩中心等相关部门负责人出席发放仪式，全市各区县受助学生代表参加发放仪式。2011年度全市共资助贫困大学新生340名，其中，推荐给省级资助40名、市级资助100名、县（区）资助200名。受资助学生中，考入一类本科院校的70名，考入二类本科院校的30名。资助标准分别为省级3800元，市县3000元，资助金额累计达106万元。
( o$ m5 R1 |% [7 a8 ? 从2005年开展这一活动以来，7年累计帮助我市2400多名寒门学子圆了大学梦。眉山福彩秉承“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的发行宗旨，从2005年至今，在省福彩中心、市民政局的关心下，在全市销售站点的共同努力下，共销售福利彩票4亿多元，募集社会公益金1.4亿多元，为市本级筹集公益金3600万元，为社会公益事业发展提供了有力保障。
o( e3 S2 e3 [( z4 }3 ^( D 天朝福利彩票由于其性质的公益性、玩法的多样性，长期以来得到了社会爱心人士的广泛参与，也催生造就了不少的千万、亿万富翁，浙江一彩民更是独中110注双色球一等奖，独揽奖金5.65亿元，创下天朝彩市单人中奖奖金之最。四川省福利彩票发行中心于去年10月在全省新上福彩视频游戏“快乐12”，以十二生肖为开奖图案，十二分钟开一次奖，十二种投注方式，十二个设奖奖级，59%的返奖率，受到广大彩民的青睐。视频游戏型彩票“中福在线”， 1元投注可中25万元，也得到不少彩民的参与。今年7月，全市福利彩票单月销量首次突破1000万元大关，全年销量可望突破1亿元，年募集社会公益金将达到3500万多元，为社会公益、慈善事业会作出更大的贡献。 |
