近日，发生在加拿大的两起以彩票玩家为“猎物”的诈骗案件接连被破获。或是大奖得主遭遇冒领者迟迟不能拿到奖金，或是普通玩家遭遇中奖骗局损失钱财……虽然经过警方的努力，均使钱款失而复得，但是案件本身造成的精神伤害却使受害者久久无法平复。: y, k# V9 b1 }

; \! g( v* ~! [$ P 6月24日，加拿大温哥华警方对媒体称，加拿大皇家骑警部门已追回8860美元现金给美国身陷彩票骗局的一位玩家。

在此之前，美国阿拉巴马州的一位68岁女彩民收到一封信，信的内容是通知她已中得87.9万美元大奖的消息后，并附有一张索取2990美元税款的票据。但是银行由于怀疑该票据有欺诈行为，故拒收。尽管银行的工作人员告知她该票据是假的，她仍然相信自己赢得了彩票大奖，并继续与骗子联系。在过去的一年中，她汇给骗子共计6万多美元。% M! i3 |8 t* R$ \. S
+ b+ y0 L$ a) m, W/ ~, x; i& @ 据悉，由于加拿大边境服务署在做例行检查时发现了一个含有大量现金的包裹，此案才得以浮出水面。加拿大边境服务署将其交给加拿大皇家骑警部门以进行进一步的调查。加拿大皇家骑警商业罪案调查科军士蒂姆称，该彩票欺诈案正在调查侦破中，并联合加拿大边境服务署、美国邮政检查局、联邦贸易委员会和联邦调查局等联邦机构一同调查此案。“我们希望能帮助更多的受害者追回那些他们失去的钱。”- t* z- i( _4 ~9 z/ T; O# g
