以前玩菠菜，都是自己一个人在家黑灯瞎火的玩，

2 V/ J$ W" \& n- s8 I多少个白天黑夜，在房间里的输输赢赢，迷失了原本自己！# L# b8 s: \( p ~
$ x/ o- i1 k, f5 Z* D在赌的路上，爱过...........沉迷过.......痛过，放弃过！

就这样反反复复，在家的菠菜路上，我不仅没有消瘦，反而长胖了，在不认输的日子里，越输越多，输的越多，我就越胖~！- Z2 X9 k& F! l2 M

所以，我学会了反省，在床上打滚，狂跳，拖着肥胖的身体转呼啦圈~~

% c7 x+ H' `/ K9 C2 R% L u1 h2 t( h一时的运动过量让自己缺氧，体验到了死的感觉，就是这种感觉，让自己觉得，“我还活着”

+ P" o/ P- V4 h7 K) ~2 J% i慢慢的，从菠菜中的输的容易上头，冲动的想法，日渐淡去， 我冷静了，克制住了，输了就输了，输了今天我就不玩了1 l2 ?( G3 R' e0 E

不玩的时间，我就爱上了运气，跑步，呼啦圈， 劳逸结合，运动过后，再去杀狗庄！

) M; D9 s7 _; |7 f没错，就是这种节奏，我找到了属于自己的菠菜节奏，从最开始的连输不服输，再到后来的连输我认输（只要连输3把，我就撤）

慢慢，我开始盈利了， 以前的清代，转变到 每天小赢生活费，再到一个牛排钱，日积月累，运气开始向我招手！ . u3 ]6 y7 e- @. w
& _5 F8 r- V6 {, a& C
三个月的时间， 通过运动，我瘦了6斤， 通过服输的打法，我赢了15700元，（PS：这个数字我记得很清楚~）$ B1 u$ b- V+ m, H0 y- _; _
O6 S& ~( r7 ~
虽然还是比不上 我输掉的钱， 但起码，我运气转了回来，

7 g; a$ V1 H9 b) o所以我总结出了， 既然愿赌就要服输，不服输，就倍投，就加注，死的很惨的~！ 要止损，要盈利，就要有一个身心健康的身体！) S# S' H3 S( s8 S' M( `: r' M9 s8 }
