为进一步提高天津市养老护理行业的服务质量和水平，增强养老护理人员的服务意识和临床护理技能，在重阳节来临之前，天津市福彩中心将资助5万元在9月23日开展天津市养老护理行业业务技能竞赛。
4 T# F1 C* S5 p; r+ K 长期以来，天津市福彩中心坚持“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的发行宗旨，面对老龄化社会日益严峻的形式，福彩公益金不断向老年事业倾斜。天津多年来共投入福彩公益金2.46亿元，总兴建星光老年之家503个，其中街镇级43个、居村级424个、敬老院改造26个、福利机构改造项目10个。今年天津福彩老年公寓也在积极落实中，预计将建成养老床位300张，将有力地缓解养老床位紧张的局面。, Q. h6 _5 R: s" X0 P5 E/ G% B
养老事业的发展需要一支服务意识强、作风优良、技术过硬的服务队伍，为了增强业务服务技能，凡是取得养老技能初级职业技能证书的，由区县民政部门给予每人200元的一次性培训补贴；取得中级职业技能证书的，再给予每人100元的一次性培训补贴，所需补贴资金由市福利彩票公益金解决，仅2009年养老培训补贴就支出福彩公益金14.04万元。
