我国现行的《婚姻法》规定，夫妻财产分为两部分：1、夫妻一方的个人财产；2、夫妻双方的共有财产，所谓夫妻共同财产。指的是夫妻结婚后到一方死亡或者离婚之前这段时间，这期间夫妻所得的财产，除约定的外，（是婚前约定，要书面的）均属于夫妻共同财产。夫妻对共同所有的财产，有平等的处理权。夫妻一方对夫妻存续期间的财产的处分，需征得配偶的同意。因此，可以很肯定地说，夫妻关系存续期间任何一方买彩票中奖所得均属夫妻共有财产，另一方享有知情权和平等的处理权，隐瞒的行为其实侵犯了其配偶的合法权益。

6 `. W" C; C2 T! x0 i: O 建军：可以。之前曾经有过这样一个案例：王某与妻子李某于2010年11月办理了协议离婚。离婚前王某购买了一张5注10元的福彩双色球彩票。离婚3日后开奖，王某中了一等奖500万元。李某得知后要求分割奖金，理由是彩票是离婚前所购，属夫妻共同财产。王某则认为奖金是婚后取得，不属夫妻共同财产，故不同意分割。
