这位彩民中的是双色球第2011137期的二等奖，当期头奖全国开出5注，每注876万多元。二等奖每注16万多元，辽宁只中了两注，为本市这位彩民所得。这期双色球是11月22日开奖，为什么过了十多天才来领奖?
