沈阳的赵宁(化名)就轻信了这件事，按照所谓的权威官方网站的要求，汇了2.44万元，当对方没有透露一点中奖信息时，赵宁一拍脑门：“我上当了。” 3次汇款2.44万元，为何深信这家网站？# f5 L' f7 m4 A4 v

) h( ~( f# h3 V O两年前，赵宁开始研究彩票，偶尔会浏览一下网上的彩票信息。上月15日，赵宁无意间点开了一个网页：“福利彩票指定官方网”、“公安部授权指定独家官方网站本站永久域名”、“成为会员就提供预测号码”、“保证中三、四等以上奖”。2 q! ^8 [0 w9 K9 f
原本赵宁还犹豫不定，可仔细看看，这家网站有预测专家、公司详细地址、工商注册号、工商专用章。赵宁就汇出了400元。随后，赵宁收到了会员编号和密码。网站负责人称，还需交4000元的服务费。当日下午，赵宁又汇了4000元。当赵宁索要预测号码时，负责人又让她交2万元保证金。“保证金说是为了保证号码不外泄，我要是中奖了，2万也不算啥，交个保证金也是应该的。 ”第三天，赵宁又汇了2万元。" j0 _5 [7 @1 P+ k, E7 z' O8 J2 a
可接下来，负责人又提出要交9万元的公证费。此时的赵宁还深信不疑，当他向儿子要钱时，儿子识破了这个骗局。随后，报了警。

随后，记者与网站联系人张海富取得联络，他称“如果不中三等、四等奖以上，就全额退还。 ”

昨日，赵宁再次发信息给网站负责人称“要举报”，随后，记者再试图打开这个网页时，已经显示“找不到网页”。
