2010年12月15日下午，无锡市体育场馆和训练管理中心为宜兴市体育彩票销售突破2亿元举办庆功会。无锡市ZF副市长曹佳中、国家体育总局体彩中心副主任于建勇、江苏省体育局局长殷宝林、副巡视员张辰方、省体彩中心主任戴刚、无锡市体育场馆和训练管理中心及宜兴市ZF等领导出席庆功会。

宜兴体育彩票自发行以来，不断发展壮大，特别是“十一五”期间，体育彩票以年均33.22%的幅度增长，2007年首次突破亿元大关，截至今年12月8日销售超过2亿元，在全省县级市体彩销量排名中从去年的第七位上升至第六位，5年共募集公益金4476万元，为体育强市建设和社会公益事业作出了积极贡献。* t% {' v* B) G7 ]$ y6 O

本次庆功会由无锡市体育彩票管理中心主任张宏主持。宜兴市ZF副市长洪雅汇报了宜兴市体彩销售工作情况。庆功会上，无锡市体育场馆和训练管理中心葛恒显主任讲话感谢国家体彩中心、省体育局和省体彩中心对无锡体彩事业的关心和支持。他强调在肯定宜兴体彩成绩的同时，也要加强体彩工作的紧迫感和危机感，要深入总结经验，以新起点为新动力，继续推进全市体彩持续发展。

国家体育总局体育彩票管理中心于建勇副主任专程来到宜兴参加庆功会，并宣读了国家体彩中心贺信。贺信充分肯定了宜兴体彩取得的成绩，希望全省继续发扬“坚定信念，牢记使命，科学发展，敢于创新，团结奋进，恪守诚信”的体彩精神，为实现江苏体彩“五连冠”的奋斗目标，为全国体育彩票事业的持续、快速，健康发展，做出新的更大的贡献。

无锡市ZF副市长曹佳中在会上高度评价宜兴市体育事业取得的发展和进步，指出体育事业的发展离不开体育彩票事业的繁荣进步。他希望各级体育行政部门和广大体彩工作人员扎实开展体彩各项工作，不断提升体彩工作管理水平和服务质量，确保无锡体彩持续、快速、健康发展，为无锡市体育和社会公益事业进步提供更大的支持。 M/ T! A" Q6 x4 ^/ Z

最后，江苏省体育局局长殷宝林也在庆功会上作了重要讲话，他指出宜兴市虽然不是第一个销量在2亿元的县级市，但此次庆功会意义较大，在各县市体彩蓬勃发展中，今年宜兴体彩在全省排名上升一位，充分肯定了宜兴体彩所做出的努力。国家体彩中心领导专程来参加宜兴体彩庆功会，也说明了对宜兴、无锡及江苏省体育彩票工作的肯定和支持。
