4月29日凌晨7点多钟,吃过早饭的某彩票站点主小梅来到位于凤阳县府城镇县粮食局对面的店门口时,发现卷闸门被人撬开,她不由得心头一紧,连忙打开店门,发现店内东西被翻得乱七八糟,盛放彩票的桌子抽屉被人打开,里面价值1900元钱的刮刮乐彩票、福利彩票不翼而飞；就在同一天凌晨,同在府城镇的另一位彩票店被盗情况和小梅的站点如出一辙,同样是卷闸门锁芯被破坏,放在桌子抽屉内的1000元左右硬币和2000多元已中奖的即开型福利彩票、体育彩票被盗。
( C/ b2 F& y; Q0 m" y. h- y: J凤阳警方接到报警后立即赶赴现场展开调查取证和勘验工作。据警方介绍,此类犯罪在该县属于新型作案类别,由于此前未出现该类案件,以致于各彩票站点未能引起足够重视,夜间大多无人值守,从而给犯罪分子可乘之机。
