儿时的一段回忆，使得早已步入中年的张勇至今仍然留有“红包情结”。2008年步入彩票收藏领域之初，他仅仅关注各类印制精美的彩票，相关附属品并未在其涉猎范围。直到“彩票红包”进入了视野，他才一发不可收拾地迷恋上了这类设计精致且极具使用价值的彩票附属藏品。

张勇是位土生土长的温州人，在他的印象中，只有儿时经历的才算得上是真正意义上的“包红包”。那时留下的“红包情结”也使得集彩不到三年时间的张勇对“彩票红包”情有独钟。

7 r- g) d) H$ A4 G& j 彩票红包属于彩票附属品范畴，多由各地彩票机构发行。红包封面以“福字”、“生效”、“福彩logo”、“公益标语”居多，印制较为精细者还可在票面上看到地区各类玩法的简介。; q/ \1 Y& l7 {/ f, ?% ^
与福彩宣传单一样，同为彩票附属品的红包因封面的可塑性，使其具有极佳的宣传效用。将红包摆放至彩展的醒目位置，任彩民随意选取，不单可以增进站点人气，更可将福彩的宣传面铺开。" a2 X% G3 {2 f# H4 U2 m; @' c
“年初，通过藏友间的交换与赠送，我得到了广东省福彩中心当时发行的6套红包以及广州是福彩中心发行的1套。”张勇认为，虽然许多资深藏友入行伊始就发觉了彩票附属品的收藏价值，但是至今仍然很少有人系统地去对这些附属品进行整理、汇总，而藏品本身的稀缺正是市场活力不足的症结所在。

在国内汇集众多资深藏友的彩票收藏论坛内，张勇集中展示的一组台湾彩票红包图片引来多方关注。许多垂青这些藏品的网友纷纷发帖，希望得到馈赠。“至今，单是台湾的红包我就已经赠出两百余枚了。”张勇告诉记者。 }0 J& J: v9 k4 X6 H; o
据介绍，台湾彩票红包均是由彩站发行，机构只负责资助一些印制所需的费用。“因为台湾很多彩票销售点均是为经济困难人群提供的就业福利，所以只要利于彩站宣传、增收，机构都会大力支持。”张先生坦言，当地彩站少则发行一套红包，多则可达6套左右，且每套的封面上都印有彩站的名称及详细地址。4 Y% P0 h: C2 C. h& A' D6 x
“这样的针对性较强的宣传模式非常值得我们去学习。此外，之于广大收藏爱好者来说，品种丰富的藏品也会大大增强我们的收藏热情。”张勇说道。 |
