1 l+ P8 e6 }3 }4 _; G/ V) }7 q 据美国警方介绍，近期，犯罪分子利用加拿大彩票虚假中奖诈骗美国公民的案件频发。犯罪分子一般都会通过电话或者邮件的方式诈骗，方式主要有以下几种：一种方式是会寄给你一张会员卡，告诉你加入他们的会员，就有超高的几率命中彩票大奖，会员费从29美元到数千美元不等(看着是不是很面熟？)；一种方式是通知你中了大奖，但是你需要支付一定的领奖手续费，并且你不能把这件事情家人、银行职员和你的律师，否则大奖就失效了(这路数也很小儿科吧)。拉奇先生由于太过知名，而且热心慈善社会形象很好，成为了犯罪分子们最喜欢利用的对象。 |
