广东彩票发行22年来最大金额的弃奖诞生了！尽管包括信息时报在内的各大媒体再三努力寻找，茂名市双色球615万元双色球巨奖得主仍然没有现身兑奖，谁也不愿意看到的弃奖悲剧最终还是发生了。《彩票管理条例》自今年7月1日实施后，彩票兑奖期由原来的30天延长至60天，然而茂名615万元巨奖依然遭弃，也成为《彩票管理条例》实施以来全国首起500万元以上大奖的弃奖事件。

9月3日晚上，双色球第09103期开奖，中奖号码为：红球“06、11、17、20、23、24”，蓝球“09”；全国共中出10注一等奖，单注奖金615.5287万元，其中一注一等奖奖落在茂名市迎宾四路市委新宿舍大院商铺第44160163号投注站，是一张5注10元的单式票，投注时间为9月3日傍晚18点51分。但是，茂名的这注615万多元巨奖的得主迟迟未来办理兑奖手续，茂名福彩中心的工作人员也非常着急，在当地报纸刊登中奖信息，在茂名市投注站张贴“寻人公告”，寻找这位隐藏的中奖者。上周，茂名市福彩中心将情况紧急上报至广东省福彩中心，省中心营销部工作人员又赶紧联系时报等各大媒体，多方寻找巨奖主人，可是，直到11月1日傍晚的最后兑奖期限，该中奖者仍未到茂名市福彩中心办理兑奖，成为了自《彩票管理条例》实施以来全国首起500万元以上的弃奖事件。

) {) d. j. E- y. L- q! f 据茂名市福彩中心工作人员介绍，中奖的第44160163号投注站位于茂名市区的交通繁华路段，附近有广电局、卫生局、中移动公司、国土局等办公单位，还有多家大型超市，中奖彩民极有可能是路过时顺手购买的。从目前的弃奖来分析，应该是中奖者买彩后没有保管好彩票，已经造成彩票遗失或损坏。* l( p) c+ h% t9 E7 n
信息时报记者昨日独家电话采访了站点负责人曾老板，这位从事福利彩票经营四五年的中年男子，也是连声地叹息声，“我销售福利彩票好几年了，成绩还是比较理想，平时中小奖更是多得不计其数，终于盼望着站点出了双色球500万元以上的大奖了，可谁知道竟然成了弃奖，真是太遗憾了！”曾老板也分析，应该是彩民买彩票后就搞丢了，如果他知道自己竟然曾中过600多万大奖，肯定会后悔一辈子！3 u7 k4 O8 j6 O8 Y8 \$ B+ Z
奖金将纳入公益金8 B6 T$ Z( ?1 L9 I: i5 W
7月1日开始实行的《彩票管理条例》规定，逾期未兑奖的奖金不再纳入调节基金，而是纳入彩票公益金。因此，茂名这615万元大奖成为弃奖，奖金也将全部纳入彩票公益金，继续为福利事业作出贡献。另外，由于该注大奖成为了弃奖，茂名市地税本来即将到手的123万元税款，也化为乌有，“煮熟的鸭子飞走了”。 w' w8 t1 P7 u' f. x1 V5 b; i
广东省福彩中心人士再次提醒广大彩民，无论兑奖期限延长多久，彩民都应该养成良好的购彩习惯，彩民购买彩票后，应妥善保管好彩票，及时核对彩票是否中奖，防止弃奖事件的发生。 |
