1 E6 O% E9 ?" z0 x' ` 10月20日上午，白湖乡小岭村村民钱某放在家中衣橱内的15000余元现金突然不翼而飞。白湖派出所接到报警后，及时会同刑侦民警赶现场展开现场勘查和调查走访工作。经勘查，发现现场无任何破坏痕迹和翻动迹象，具备熟人作案和未成年人作案的特征。围绕这一思路，民警立即对钱家周围符合条件的可疑人员进行逐一仔细排查。1 K+ N9 ^2 h3 d& C8 @
经调查发现，家住附近的14岁少年汪某有重大作案嫌疑。民警遂将汪某带到白湖派出所接受调查，面对民警的讯问，汪某心存侥幸，百般抵赖，拒不承认自己的盗窃犯罪事实。对此办案民警不急不燥，在分析了汪某的心态后，对其进行了耐心的政策教育和法制宣传，并对其编造的谎言适时抛出有关证据予以戳穿，最终使汪某克服畏罪心理，如实陈述作案过程。原来，汪某近期迷上了游戏机Dubo，并欠下了不少债务，面对多次被人追讨的压力和窘境，他急于想弄到一笔钱还债。10月18日下午，汪某来到同村民组的小伙伴钱某某(13岁)家玩耍，偶然发现其家房间一木衣橱内存放有大量现金。次日中午，汪某趁钱某某家中无人之际，钻门缝进入室内，将放在衣橱中的15000余元现金盗走。
- n0 X* ?+ e: P' F( f8 c/ g 因犯罪嫌疑人汪某不满十六周岁，依法不予刑事处罚。该所责令其家长将其领回并严加管教，并将追缴的赃款已全部返还失主。同时，针对辖区有群众利用小游戏机进行Dubo活动的治安问题，违法存放点，同时有些饭店、商场存放小型游戏机，容留青少年Dubo的治安问题，该所重拳出击，对这些场所开展地毯式突击清查行动，收缴带Dubo功能的小型游戏机13台，并予以当场销毁，对此当地群众拍手称快，收到了良好的社会效果。(刘中卫) |
