凯文·麦克海尔(Kevin Edward McHale 1957年12月19日-)，前美国NBA篮球运动员，司职大前锋。在1980至1993年间为波士顿凯尔特人队效力长达十三赛季，被誉为是NBA史上最佳的白人大前锋，并与罗伯特·帕里什 (Robert Parish) 和"大鸟"拉里·伯德 (Larry Bird) 组成堪称史上最佳的锋线组合，替球队奠下八十年代的强队基础。2011年6月任休斯顿火箭队主教练。2015年11月18日，凯文·麦克海尔被火箭队解雇。

麦克海尔出生于明尼苏达州，他在高中凯文·麦克海尔凯文·麦克海尔的3年里从1.75米猛长到2.08米。他的教练埃丁顿因材施教，常常和他进行一对一的训练，使他练就了过硬的篮下技术。

明尼苏达大学动用三个奖学金之一和麦克海尔签约。在前两个赛季中他以前锋首发，麦克海尔在为明尼苏达效力的4年中，平均每场攻下15.2分和8.5个篮板。

1979-80赛季，他平均每场攻下17.4分，而且他的投篮命中率高达56.7%，带领着Gophers（Golden Gophers，明尼苏达校队金地鼠队）获得了全国邀请巡回赛NIT（National Invitational Tournament）的冠军。
