当然，事物是有双面性的，水能载舟，亦能覆舟。既然有那么精彩，就有那么的险恶。今天不是谈论输钱的问题，是想说一下比起钱来更重要的东西，那就是身体。大家冷静下来都会承认身体是我们最重要的东西，但在菠菜的时候，我们往往就被钱蒙蔽了眼睛，为了追回损失，我们不顾通宵达旦坐在电脑面前，时时刻刻充满紧张的心情。为了赢更多的钱，我们彻夜不眠地看球，然后日夜颠倒。然而这一切，都在我们不知不觉发生着、进行着，我们从来没有想过身体怎么样，只想着赢了多少，输了多少。8 ] m( X) y# }3 S
然而那天我接到朋友的电话，朋友说他得了前列腺癌。我听了一后背的冷汗直冒出来，他也是玩菠菜的，我的生活习惯何尝不是和他一样呢？医生说病的成因，极有可能是坐得太久和过多的熬夜。在心里我只能默默地祝福我这位朋友早日康复。
; @2 J9 G$ a$ u 从那以后我很少熬夜，也很少在电脑坐超过一小时。朋友的事情就像一把利剑，让我时刻记得菠菜还要平衡身体的保养。
