美国SEC推迟审查方舟资（ARK Invest）创办人「女股神」Cathie Wood与21Shares合作推出的比特币现货ETF「ARK21Shares Bitcoin ETF」。

( B0 q5 s5 E9 q; m通常来说，当比特币现货ETF在《联邦公报》上发布后便会进入公开评论期，SEC通常会在45天内作出初步决定，5 u% _# e6 i( c% M4 z% Y+ {3 M
批准或拒绝该申请，届时若未做出裁决则再延45天，第二次仍未有结果则再延90天，最久必须在公开评论期开始
6 `5 L2 U4 ^/ x后240天做出裁决。

: o! ]! S# E/ O3 q不过她认为SEC最终势必会通过现货ETF，且为了帮助平衡竞争环境，届时可能会一次同时批准多家公司的申请;而, \1 u: d+ G, O6 W. \
最关键的时间点，她预期会是落在灰度赢得与SEC的诉讼，成功将GBTC向比特币现货ETF转型之后。
