本月14日，湖北一彩票投注站的女站主惨遭割喉杀害。近年来，彩票工作者遭到杀害的事件屡次出现，凶手大多为长期买彩不中奖导致精神失衡，彩民心态调整、理智购彩急待关注。( m! M4 a5 v2 K/ F' M! S

14日，湖北武汉武昌区中北路周家大湾省建六公司宿舍发生一起命案，一间彩票店内发现一具女尸，被人割喉，已死亡。附近居民介绍，女子系彩票店老板。

V+ E/ q6 ~1 c: c5 P. b" ]1 z 14日晚7时许，记者在现场看到，事发彩票店位于中北路，面积不到10平方米，内有一个房间。目击者称，下午4时许，3名男子来店内买彩票，选好后准备打彩票，不料找不到老板。看到店内有一木门，他们推开一看，只见一中年女子躺在床上，颈部被割，大腿上也有刀伤，满身是血。他们连忙报警，民警赶来时，女子已经身亡。“凶手也太狠了。”附近群众说，死者系彩票店老板，平日一人守店，为人和善，丈夫在外做事，经法医鉴定死亡时间为当天下午3时许。事发后，店内现金还在。目前，警方已介入调查。

% |0 h+ ?/ x& @' ]2 B 2008年6月30日12时40分许，一男子携带匕首来到浙江省体育彩票管理中心，以寻找“郭主任”为由要求进入该中心。办公室尹主任亚平出门接待了他，以无“郭主任”为由，拒绝其进入；该男子为此恼怒，拿出匕首猛刺尹颈部、胸部等处数刀，致尹亚平全身多处受伤失血死亡；而后，他又将闻讯赶来制止其行为的体彩中心工作人员蒋萌刺致轻伤。7 g; H! C+ a( c7 l3 x5 U

审讯时，该男子一直称因骂了体彩中心“郭”姓主任而被威胁，其实体彩中心并无姓郭的主任，他的父亲则表示，儿子沉迷彩票，把钱全押进去了，还借了债。他经常拿着纸笔算号码，嘴里念念有词，神神叨叨的，却一直不中奖。后来他逢人就说，是体彩的人在搞鬼。2009年1月15日，浙江省精神病鉴定委员会认定被告患精神分裂症，作案时处于发病期，最终他被判处无期徒刑，剥夺ZZ权利终身。1 ~) X$ U' c( @1 V# x& b) k

) N, F- i' b9 V& L1 o" w( T 去年10月9日，南京建邺区湖西街一家彩票店发生杀人案，一名青年男子持刀砍死女店主，劫得255.5元现金。被抓后，该男子称自己买彩7年不中大奖，特别仇恨彩票店，杀人就是为了报复。& P7 H1 O" ~/ } ^8 ]3 r) Z
& O% i k1 `7 D+ l% F 据闫某交代，他老家在云南山区，家中十分贫困，父亲常年卧病在床，还有一个弟弟在读书，家庭的重担全压在他和母亲身上。从2003年开始，他就离开家到昆明打工了。打工期间，他迷上了彩票，一直幻想能够一夜暴富。赚来的钱除了维持生活外，几乎都花在买彩票上。可是7年中，他只中过一次10元和几次5元的小奖，这让他非常沮丧，也萌生了对彩票店的不满。最终法院判决，凶手闫某犯抢劫罪，被判无期徒刑。之所以未判死，是因为精神鉴定显示闫某患精神分裂症。 |
