秋冬季节，橘子正甜，便宜又多汁，于是不少人经常三五斤的买回家，一下子就吃很多。但是你知道，橘子虽好，也不能吃太多哦。尤其是阴虚体质的人，吃多了容易上火。此外，饭前或者空腹、服药后都不宜吃橘子，橘子和萝卜、牛奶也不能一起吃。8 o: Q* b0 f4 \

橘子含有丰富的果酸和维生素C，服用维生素K、磺胺类药物、安体舒通和补钾药物时，均应忌食橘子。

萝卜进入人体后，会迅速产生一种叫硫酸盐的物质，并很快代谢产生一种抗甲状腺的物质硫氰酸。若这时进食橘子，橘子中的类黄酮物质会在肠道被分解，而转化成羟苯甲酸和阿魏酸，它们可以加强硫氰酸对甲状腺的抑制作用，影响甲状腺功能。
