熊市漫长，通过研究，我总结出7个关键要素能够使项目在熊市中幸存，并有可能在下个牛市中获得成功，这个框架不仅仅提供给项目方，也是给投资者们提供一个参考。
1：有足够资金的赛道
熊市可能持续长达2-3年，项目需要维持其当前支出在整个缓慢的市场中，直到它们能够增加收入/扭亏为盈或筹集下一轮资金。
2：仍积极构建产品
熊市是建设的最佳时机，价格的兴奋和炒作的噪音干扰较少。当市场情绪出现好转时，这些着重于产品、创新和迭代的开发者更有可能成功。
3：有能力的创始人/团队
我们都在投资/投机创业公司，我个人相信我们仍在寻找我们的 0 到 1 时刻，心态强大的创始人和有能力不断迭代的团队是获得更高概率投资的最重要因素之一。
如果创始人/团队之前在 Web2 或 Web3 中创业过，则可投资概率更高。因为这提高了成功的可能性，因为过去的建设经验确实有帮助，尤其是在游戏领域。
4：建立和维护社区
建立社区不是一件容易的事，维护更难。现在是尝试发展和留住社区成员的最佳时机，那些在熊市期间留下的很可能是最忠实的用户/粉丝。
5：建立伙伴关系
好的团队仍在熊市中建设。在困难时期建立伙伴关系并共同成长可能会产生指数级的结果，不要低估了这一点！
6：现有的用户
如果熊市有用户，牛市可能会有更多用户。拥有用户也意味着已经有一些产品市场契合度 (PMF)，项目可以专注于改进产品和规模。这并不意味着没有现有用户的项目就不会成功，他们可能需要更加努力地寻找PMF，并且投资可能会有更大的风险。
7：投资于员工的项目/创始人
产品是团队打造的，如果创始人不投资员工，不留住人才，团队怎么做产品？
但是，即使7个要素都满足了，也并不意味着项目一定会成功，只是意味着成功的概率比其他项目高。目前我们很可能处于加密货币寒冬的早期，让我们保持团结，保持良好的心态并共同建设。
