美国立法者一直在努力，为Crypto行业提供监管框架。
美国参议员Debbie Stabenow、John Boozman、Cory Booker和John Thune提出的一项新的两党法案朝着这个方向又迈出了一步。
相关立法者推出2022 年《数字商品消费者保护法》，并提出了一个新的监管术语：数字商品。
《数字商品消费者保护法》规定这些数字资产将由美国商品期货交易委员会 (CFTC) 管辖。
该监管机构将拥有“监管数字商品交易的权力”，为市场参与者引入规则并强制执行。该法案提出，“数字商品平台”将需要遵守“与传统金融机构相同的标准”。
Crypto经常被立法者和监管机构驳回，并被归类为非法资产。这项新法案似乎承认了数字资产的地位，并建议将它们作为传统金融系统中的其他资产进行监管。
