一个问题让人深醒：如何收购一个链上的项目？ 就比如，如何收购uniswap这个defi项目？ 股票对公司的控制权是建立在法律基础上的，股东的权益是受法律保护。 但区块链项目的代币对整个项目的控制权其实没啥保障，币东的权益只能靠维权。 就像uni币，uniswap团队就是不给uni币赋能，uni的hodler们气的骂娘，但屁用都没有。 代币对项目的治理权基本上是沦为说说而已。就像是，币东和项目团队意见相同时，听币东的；意见不相同进，听团队的，非常平等，非常公平。 现在的链上defi项目，绝大多数都是可以升级的，升级操作的核心控制权就是合约的owner权限。 合约的owner权限就是部署合约代码的那个EOA地址。 以太坊的链上合约是可以转让owner权限的，solidity有一个transferOwnership的函数。 如果开发部署合约的时候，设计好相应的转让Owner权限接口，允许通过代币投票的方式转让Owner权限，这或许是真正的链上治理模式。 另外一项重大链上治理标的是项目的国库。 现在基本上区块链项目都会有一个国库，国库里的资金是属于项目的，但控制权却基本上就在少数几个管理员手上，顶多就是多重签名。 而币东对国库几乎是没有权限的，顶多是团队弄个snapshot来投投票，如果投票通过了，那就听币东的，如果没通过，就得团队的。 国库往往是一个多签钱包，如绝大多数项目的国库都是采用gnosis safe钱包。 如果国库所使用的钱包设计成，可以通过项目代币投票的方式来更换掉多签私钥，那就实现了高级别的链上治理了。 如果有链上合约项目这么设计，我想其代币价值会更有保证的。 对于一个链上合约项目的治理，对于潜在可治理的资产，同时现在普遍也是项目团队控制的几个资产可能是以下： 1.已经部署的链上合约； 2.由域名控制的合约前端、官网等； 3.国库多签钱包； 4.社交媒体账号，github\discord\twitter等。 1和3是真正能做到链上治理的，但2和4好像做不到，还是需要法律的介入吧。 希望我们能看到治理代币真正具备治理权，让治理代币可以有权限通过投票的方式来更换国库签名私钥、可以转让链上合约Owner权限。
