澳门的博彩业正陷入内忧外患。正当台湾澎湖有意在八月前，就开发博彩业的相关议题进行公投之际，澳门的博彩企业银河娱乐昨日宣布，已决定修订路凼银河度假城的开幕日期。
' t7 `6 q8 L8 a* ?) r: N 正在澳门考察博彩业经营和发展情况的澎湖县长王乾发表示，当地博彩业将定位为观光特区，计划兴建一个占地50至60公顷的综合性休闲观光娱乐园。
8 g4 D, A+ ?& J" V. ?' w/ e 在澎湖观光特区内，将设有五星级酒店、主题游乐场、购物中心及会展场馆，开发过程需时四至五年。当地ZF希望能将澎湖县的海洋特色融入博彩业中，以增加竞争力。0 I5 W+ y: C4 |" V
虽然王乾发率团访澳，目的是了解澳门博彩业的经营模式，供澎湖县未来发展博彩业及人才培训的参考，但澳门的博彩业仍在不景气中。4 }* y6 o5 ^6 w( O4 }
继早前金沙集团宣布暂缓路氹金光大道第五及第六期工程，银河娱乐昨日公布业绩时也表示，决定修订路凼城银河度假城的开幕日期，待市场状况好转，即加快工程进度。, v6 K6 z6 `- f) [# E
该博企2008年亏损近114亿元（澳门元，下同，21亿1770万新元），亏损按年扩大超过23倍，亏损主要来自博彩牌照非现金减值123亿元，但若扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前，则有盈利5亿4400万元。
e" W B. [2 V( @4 Y# X4 U+ e3 e- ? 银河娱乐副主席吕耀东表示，公司将按会计处理的要求，去年就博彩牌照作出净额约110亿元的非现金性质减值。而作出有关减值后，此无形资产每年的摊销支出将减少至1亿元。
, i. @! F- s$ v+ t- z- ?: a 对今年澳门赌业市场前景，吕耀东审慎乐观，而在员工成本削减的情况，相信可稳定下来。他又称，只要外围再无大企业的负面消息，澳门赌业最坏情况已经过去。5 _8 q2 R b5 l( u" C2 }
较早前已公布业绩的澳门三家博彩企业中，永利（澳门）及新濠博亚录得盈利，而美高梅金殿则出现亏损。
; ~/ V( b0 Z2 z$ W[font=Verdana] 永利（澳门）去年实现利润21亿1000万元，增长42.56%；新濠博亚转亏为盈，盈利1亿5000万元；美高梅金殿去年营运收益近88亿元，但亏损2亿5000万元。
