2010年10月13日下午16时，河南福彩召开发布会发布信息，驻马店2.58亿大奖得主何先生(化名)已于11日兑奖完毕。得主何先生当场捐出1050万元，这一数额超过了上海2.59亿得主申先生捐出的1032万，成为当时天朝彩市巨奖得主的最高捐款人。何先生所捐出的1050万获得免税210万，最终缴纳所得税为4950.64万。

& b3 a1 B4 |, C4 \+ ?, K- G2010年8月10日中得2.59亿大奖的上海彩民申先生在兑奖后，向上海市民帮困互助基金会捐款1032万元，打破河南3.59亿得主捐款1000万的记录，成为天朝彩市大奖得主捐款最高者。其中516万元定向用于支援甘肃舟曲泥石流灾后重建，剩余516万元用于上海市民帮困互助，具体事宜委托上海市民帮困互助基金会代为办理。基金会的工作人员到现场为其颁发了捐赠证书。
